Sick

Gosh! I have a fever and runny nose.I think because of the extreme weather lately.It’s freaking cold and almost killing me.Why is it so cold and rains so often? I might get sick when I had a walk in the rain last night.Yuck!I don’t want to get sick,please...stay away from me!I don’t want to see a doctor either… :'(

Besides,I was so careless last night because I left my key before going out for tuition.It’s the twice within half year…I am wonder why I was so unconcerned.Maybe I was free-minded at the time. Fortunately my other housemate – wendy has come back and opened the door for me.So sorry to bother her again :(

I was busy packed my clothes and cleaned my room yesterday.It’s very tired and made me runny nose. I don’t know that I have lots of clothes to pack … It kinda mess and proved it girls like shopping.However, I already finished it and going to move home soon.Good bye my friends...(cry) :'(

Well,I gotta begin my new life in another busy town next month.It’s quite exciting and hopefully I can handle it very well.So,for these few days,I’ll busy gathering with friends and try to finish my study asap before leaving. Dear my friends,I gotta miss you guys very much and take care of yourself. 3 days left and see you guys next year. Happy New Year 2011 !!! :> :>

Miss Astro 2010


I have missed the Miss Astro Chinese International pageant this year.The grand final held in Surf Beach,Sunway Lagoon last saturday night and i was in church at the time.Too Bad :'( So sorry to Karena,i couldn't attend it even you have offered me the free tickets :(

I personally feel that Karena’s smile is the sweetest and she looks prettiest among all the finalists :) Forsure I was supported No.1 Karena and my vote has gone to her although she has just won for second runner-up.

Well,it's excellent result and well done to her!!! I'm looking foward to see you incoming show :) Go Girl!!!

I love to eat DOVE chocolates recently…Actually,you can find out in any hypermarket so easily.
DOVE chocolates are smooth and unsweetened , just the way I like it! Especially i’ll definitely go with the Crispy Chocolate with crispy rice! Craving of it,couldnt even stop myself to eat! It’s available few flavours are bound to be someone’s favourite. There are Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Crispy Chocolate with crispy rice, and Hazelnut, Almond and Raisin Chocolate.So,which is your pick?? =D

X'mas Carol

I went to church a couple days ago.We had pre-x'mas calebration and sang x'mas carol together.It's was so fun and more than 20people were confirmed and blessing :) Besides,we will have a X'mas dinner on 17/12 and i haven't eaten turkey before :> I am so excited to have a taste!!!

McD Lunch


I ate McD as my breakfast for this 2days.In fact I seldom eat any fast food but suddenly I really wanted to taste of it lately.Coincidental I woke up late and had in cheap value for McD Lunch.Yummy~~It tasted good!!! I am going to eat again next week!! I didn’t eat KFC for a long time…Well,I miss it too but I was realized that KFC isn’t tasted good compared than previously…Hmm,it’s really hard to decide but I think McD is more valueable…so sorry to KFC,my heart belongs to McD :)

§uicidè

I read a news this morning.It was sad.A teenager Alviss Kong suicided after his girlfriend had broken up with him.They hung up only for 4months long but this relationship was definitely influented him.It’s very sorrowful and he chosen to suicide.Before he died,he had left some comments and an essay to his ex-girlfriend on Facebook.Unfortunately,then he climbed up 14th floor falts and jumped to his death :( Game over! RIP~

I won’t let it happen on me because I am selfish.I love my life :) I do appreciate everythings happened in my life and readily accept.In life,we have to take risks and rejects.Maybe i was upset and down when I faced in difficult problems.But it’s life!Life is unfair!!Everyone have to go through it.So I believe I can do it well.Guys,don’t even run off when you confront any troubles,learn how to solve it. We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret or disappointment.

Love ! deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it’s the only way to live life completely.If you want to hate somebody, leave 1% of your heart for love because who knows, the one you hate may someday be the one you will love the most.If you want to love somebody, leave 1% of your heart for hate because who knows, the one you love may someday be the one you will hate the most.If you love life,don’t waste time,for time is what life is made up of :)

ResigÑ

Finally,I have submitted the resign letter.I can’t believe how dare i am :) Maybe I was too impulsive at the moment but I have no regret.I am sick of this job since half year ago and now it’s the time to make hard decision.

I did it :> I remembered when I passed the letter to my silly boss,he was so furious and almost be mad.He said that he knew it and kept complain on me.I’ve known he will do this on me because he is a stupid,silly and dummy boss. As I know,he just know how to complain and never ever praise other people.He is a failure boss. One else,the ego manager!!!Now you are happy because i'm leaving :) All the jobs please done yourself.You can stop worry about someone will garb your holy position.

Hello,Ex-boss,if you see this, I hope that you will know how failure you are.Besides,I hope that your business will drop and drop because of your absurd attitude.I'm damn tired with all surrounded me. It’s such a bitch!!! Now,I just need some time to recover my energy and enjoy my holiday before I begin my new job.However,I will quit my job on 24/12/10 (Christmas eve).

Rapunzël

I went to cinema last week and watched a Disney movie called ‘Rapunzel (Tangled)’.It was so nice and I love this fairy tale so much.Actually,I didn’t plan for this movie because it wasn’t interested me while I watched the trailer via online.The princess wasn’t pretty as well and she looks kinda weird with her super long hair.But i’m glad that finally I’ve watched it and it’s totally changed me.This movie is damn funny and quite touching.I got some feeling! It’s a dream to be a little princess everytime i watch these Disney movies when I was young.For me,it’s really hard to express that feeling.Super recommend this movie to you guys.Go for it!It’s not only for children,even you’re an adult;I believe there is a child living in your heart no matter how old you are :)

Sojû

About a week ago,I went for exam.The exam was held in KL and we reached there around 8:30am for registration.Our exam started at 11am and we almost spent our whole time to waiting o(-_-)o It’s quite nervous and luckily Kar Hoe (the funny guy) and me in a group for oral test.But I worried I couldn’t stop to laugh because I definely laugh everytime I see his face =D Before the exam,we all chatted in the waiting room and had joked.I met a Korean student (I’ve forgotten his name) which was super nervous and made us had fun there.At last,we finished the exam at 4pm.I guess I couldn’t score a good result in this exam because I done lots of mistake in listening =( Too Bad!!

We had a dinner with tutors at 6:30pm in the day.Since we still had some time,so i went to Erica’s house to fetch her daughter Ms.meteor to have dinner with us rather than I rushed back home.We had ‘soju’ and crabs in the restaurant.It tasted good but I dislike ‘soju’ even it’s a distilled beverage native to Korea because I don’t drink any alcoholic beverage.Yuck! :(

Bill Gates’ 10 advices to young people

Before retiring in July 2008, Bill Gates gave the following advices to high school students. Who knows you will become a second Bill Gates after learning from these valuable advices? 


1.      “Life is not fair - get used to it.”
-> The world is never fair. You know this? You can never change the whole world. Injustice still exists in the current society, so you should try to adapt. 

       “The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.”
-> Your extreme self-esteem may make your job inconvenient. Don't attach too much significance on your self-esteem as people care about your achievements rather than it.

2.      “You will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice president with car phone, until you earn both.”
-> Normally you can't be rich if you have just finished high school. However to become an executive, you need to obtain both: a high school certificate and the money. 

3.      “If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. He doesn't have tenure.”
-> Don’t complain that your boss is tough. When you are at school, your teachers always stand by you whenever you meet problems. However if you have thought that all your problems really come from the hard requirements of your teachers, you shouldn't look for a job. Simply if there aren't strict demands from your company, you will do nothing and quickly become unemployed. Then nobody will give you a hand. 

4.      “If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.”
-> Don't blame your failure on your destiny. All you need now is to stay calm and start from scratch.

5.      “Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.”
-> You should show your gratefulness to your parents for spending most of their lives for your living and growth. All the “outdated” of your parents today is the price they have to pay for your growth. 

6.      “Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life may not. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as many times as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.”
-> Keep in mind that you can always become a leader, so that you will have more motivation to strive for your career. 

7.      “Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time.”
-> Don’t always wait for holidays or you will be left behind your colleagues. That backwardness means elimination and unemployment. 

8.      “Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.”
-> Everybody likes watching TV, but you shouldn't watch it too much. As that actually isn't your life and your thinking will be influenced. You yourself have to determine your own life. 

9.      “Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.”
-> You should be nice to everyone. Life has happenings you could never expect. Be open to your boss, don’t say bad things behind his back as it will bring you nowhere.

Mushrôom soùp

Well, I didn’t go anyway yesterday.In fact,i’m lazy to hang out in shopping mall especially on public holiday.I’m sick of crowded.So,I stayed at home and spent my time in cooking.I bought a pack of mushroom soup powder the day before yesterday.I love to drink mushroom soup and in particular I’m in love with Pizza Hut’s mushroom soup each time when i went there.I just followed the simple instruction when I was cooked .First,I  prepared a pot with hot water.Second,poured the powder slowly and stirred it.I’ve tried it but the tasted wasn’t good enough.Yuck! :( It made me disappointed.But i won’t give up,I want to try again next time.Maybe i’ll buy the mushroom soup in can and just warm it.Easy step! :>

Meäl


Last saturday , i had lunch with my colleagues in Kenny Rogers restaurant which located in Sunway Pyramid. The environment in the restaurant was quite good and we enjoyed it well.I ordered quarter meal and mango juice as my lunch.Actually,i like the pasta and muffin more than the roasted chicken.It was so tasty and delicious.

So in that day,after having lunch,i went to market to buy some ingredients to make pasta.I just bought spaghetti ,mushroom sauce ,black pepper and so on.Frankly speaking, i haven’t made this before but my colleague told me it’s very easy ,simple step and fun to make.Hmm,she is right.I have done it.Haha!It tasted quite good and I would like to make it again.I want to try cheese flavor next time.Hehehe~~ =D

Studÿ Smárt

No more time.Sucks ! :'( The exam near the corner. Okay so it’s kinda sad to say that i am spending most of my time on trying to study recently. I used to study at night because i take a long naps during the day. Even tutor lets us do more practices in the class almost twice or third a week. To be honest, i am still afraid I can’t handle it well. =( Lack of confident.Too bad!! However,I definitely have to go through it.Keep it up!! Study hard smart!!! =P

I always believe the level of self-confidence can show in many ways through your behavior,your body language,how you speak,what you say,and so on.Afterward,I have to build some own confidence as well :>

Acqua di Giõ

I spent a lot of money last week.Oh gosh…I can’t help it! Don’t blame me.. ><!! In fact i spent for my friend’s birthday present.Not for myself…*Poor* :'(

Last Saturday,I surprised him with a small cake and a present =) I bought a Giorgio Armani perfume as a birthday persent for him and he likes it so much! Besides,I really love the series of Acqua di Gio :) It smells good on my nose. Definitely aquatic,strongly reminds me of water.I have to agree,that’s the best aquactic fragrance for men. Maybe I will get one for myself next time…Although it’s for men,but I don’t care…Blek~~ ;p

Nadeje cakes

Hehe~~I found up some super nice delicious cakes in Malacca.It’s Nadeje Patisserie.
Currently there are 2 cake houses located in Malacca.One is at G-23 & 25,Plaza Mahkota and the other branch at UB051 & 053,Dataran Pahlawan. :)

According to the director, the thousand layer cake is the main cake sell in Nadeje Patisserie. It's the recipes brought by another director, Oishii from Japan. Thousand Layer Cake is one kind of famous food in Japan. This kind of cake no need to bake, instead need to put in refrigerator to cool.Interesting!

Besides, the thousand layer cakes have 8 or 9 tastes such as vanilla primary tastes, rum raisin, banana chocolate, green tea, cheese (my top favourite), strawberries, strawberry chocolate, coffee, and the three tastes berry and so on~~~ =D Want to test??! *mouth-watering* If you have never tried this before, Please~~ Try today!!! :>

10 Promises

I watched a japanese movie : 10 Promises To My Dog last week.Damn it! I seriously cried until my eyes became swollen terribly.Even I don’t have any pet and actually I dislike dog but the story was really touching and overwhelming. The puppy was damn cute and I love it so much. Plus, they used Pachelbel’s “Canon” in this movie too. Oh my, that song gets me everytime I hear it. I recommend this movie to everyone who own a pet… And everyone who doesn’t (because this movie may convince you to get one, haha :D). Seriously, it’s indeed a good movie. Go for it !! :>

Steve Jobs

This is the text of the Commencement address by Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Computer and of Pixar Animation Studios, delivered on June 12, 2005.

I am honored to be with you today at your commencement from one of the finest universities in the world. I never graduated from college. Truth be told, this is the closest I've ever gotten to a college graduation. Today I want to tell you three stories from my life. That's it. No big deal. Just three stories.


The first story is about connecting the dots.


I dropped out of Reed College after the first 6 months, but then stayed around as a drop-in for another 18 months or so before I really quit. So why did I drop out?


It started before I was born. My biological mother was a young, unwed college graduate student, and she decided to put me up for adoption. She felt very strongly that I should be adopted by college graduates, so everything was all set for me to be adopted at birth by a lawyer and his wife. Except that when I popped out they decided at the last minute that they really wanted a girl. So my parents, who were on a waiting list, got a call in the middle of the night asking: "We have an unexpected baby boy; do you want him?" They said: "Of course." My biological mother later found out that my mother had never graduated from college and that my father had never graduated from high school. She refused to sign the final adoption papers. She only relented a few months later when my parents promised that I would someday go to college.


And 17 years later I did go to college. But I naively chose a college that was almost as expensive as Stanford, and all of my working-class parents' savings were being spent on my college tuition. After six months, I couldn't see the value in it. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life and no idea how college was going to help me figure it out. And here I was spending all of the money my parents had saved their entire life. So I decided to drop out and trust that it would all work out OK. It was pretty scary at the time, but looking back it was one of the best decisions I ever made. The minute I dropped out I could stop taking the required classes that didn't interest me, and begin dropping in on the ones that looked interesting.


It wasn't all romantic. I didn't have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends' rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple. I loved it. And much of what I stumbled into by following my curiosity and intuition turned out to be priceless later on. Let me give you one example:


Reed College at that time offered perhaps the best calligraphy instruction in the country. Throughout the campus every poster, every label on every drawer, was beautifully hand calligraphed. Because I had dropped out and didn't have to take the normal classes, I decided to take a calligraphy class to learn how to do this. I learned about serif and san serif typefaces, about varying the amount of space between different letter combinations, about what makes great typography great. It was beautiful, historical, artistically subtle in a way that science can't capture, and I found it fascinating.


None of this had even a hope of any practical application in my life. But ten years later, when we were designing the first Macintosh computer, it all came back to me. And we designed it all into the Mac. It was the first computer with beautiful typography. If I had never dropped in on that single course in college, the Mac would have never had multiple typefaces or proportionally spaced fonts. And since Windows just copied the Mac, its likely that no personal computer would have them. If I had never dropped out, I would have never dropped in on this calligraphy class, and personal computers might not have the wonderful typography that they do. Of course it was impossible to connect the dots looking forward when I was in college. But it was very, very clear looking backwards ten years later.


Again, you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.


My second story is about love and loss.


I was lucky — I found what I loved to do early in life. Woz and I started Apple in my parents garage when I was 20. We worked hard, and in 10 years Apple had grown from just the two of us in a garage into a $2 billion company with over 4000 employees. We had just released our finest creation — the Macintosh — a year earlier, and I had just turned 30. And then I got fired. How can you get fired from a company you started? Well, as Apple grew we hired someone who I thought was very talented to run the company with me, and for the first year or so things went well. But then our visions of the future began to diverge and eventually we had a falling out. When we did, our Board of Directors sided with him. So at 30 I was out. And very publicly out. What had been the focus of my entire adult life was gone, and it was devastating.


I really didn't know what to do for a few months. I felt that I had let the previous generation of entrepreneurs down - that I had dropped the baton as it was being passed to me. I met with David Packard and Bob Noyce and tried to apologize for screwing up so badly. I was a very public failure, and I even thought about running away from the valley. But something slowly began to dawn on me — I still loved what I did. The turn of events at Apple had not changed that one bit. I had been rejected, but I was still in love. And so I decided to start over.


I didn't see it then, but it turned out that getting fired from Apple was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. The heaviness of being successful was replaced by the lightness of being a beginner again, less sure about everything. It freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my life.


During the next five years, I started a company named NeXT, another company named Pixar, and fell in love with an amazing woman who would become my wife. Pixar went on to create the worlds first computer animated feature film, Toy Story, and is now the most successful animation studio in the world. In a remarkable turn of events, Apple bought NeXT, I returned to Apple, and the technology we developed at NeXT is at the heart of Apple's current renaissance. And Laurene and I have a wonderful family together.


I'm pretty sure none of this would have happened if I hadn't been fired from Apple. It was awful tasting medicine, but I guess the patient needed it. Sometimes life hits you in the head with a brick. Don't lose faith. I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You've got to find what you love. And that is as true for your work as it is for your lovers. Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don't settle.


My third story is about death.


When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.


Remembering that I'll be dead soon is the most important tool I've ever encountered to help me make the big choices in life. Because almost everything — all external expectations, all pride, all fear of embarrassment or failure - these things just fall away in the face of death, leaving only what is truly important. Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose. You are already naked. There is no reason not to follow your heart.


About a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I had a scan at 7:30 in the morning, and it clearly showed a tumor on my pancreas. I didn't even know what a pancreas was. The doctors told me this was almost certainly a type of cancer that is incurable, and that I should expect to live no longer than three to six months. My doctor advised me to go home and get my affairs in order, which is doctor's code for prepare to die. It means to try to tell your kids everything you thought you'd have the next 10 years to tell them in just a few months. It means to make sure everything is buttoned up so that it will be as easy as possible for your family. It means to say your goodbyes.


I lived with that diagnosis all day. Later that evening I had a biopsy, where they stuck an endoscope down my throat, through my stomach and into my intestines, put a needle into my pancreas and got a few cells from the tumor. I was sedated, but my wife, who was there, told me that when they viewed the cells under a microscope the doctors started crying because it turned out to be a very rare form of pancreatic cancer that is curable with surgery. I had the surgery and I'm fine now.


This was the closest I've been to facing death, and I hope its the closest I get for a few more decades. Having lived through it, I can now say this to you with a bit more certainty than when death was a useful but purely intellectual concept:


No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. When I was young, there was an amazing publication called The Whole Earth Catalog, which was one of the bibles of my generation. It was created by a fellow named Stewart Brand not far from here in Menlo Park, and he brought it to life with his poetic touch. This was in the late 1960's, before personal computers and desktop publishing, so it was all made with typewriters, scissors, and polaroid cameras. It was sort of like Google in paperback form, 35 years before Google came along: it was idealistic, and overflowing with neat tools and great notions.


Stewart and his team put out several issues of The Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: "Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish." It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.

김치

My clothes haven’t arrived yet… :( The seller says will be arriving on Friday.*Hopefully* It’s the first time I bought from her,Vin.A beautiful famous and young lady boss.I ordered two long skirt via online almost 1 month ago and total cost RM 80+ Very cheap :) haha~~ Since I don’t know the quality of the clothes, so i don’t want to leave any comment here.I will share it here after receiving :)

I went to peak performers 7th anniversary party last week.We all had fun and crazy.Haha!! I ate a lot of foods and found up my new favourite there : Korean food,Kimchi 김치.It’s prepared by a Korean mother. Such a delicious!!!Tasty!! Fall in love with it.I ate 3 to 4 times at least,thought.We chatted in the classroom and took many photo with them especially with Erica.The pretty lady who is quite narcissism =D Haha!! However,I met up new more friends and all of them are super lovely.We went back around 10pm after :>

M.A.C


I went to M.A.C store at Sunway Pyramid to check out their latest fall collection about a week ago.In fact i wish to do some little shopping there but unfortunately, i didn’t find my favourite colours from this collection.Such a bad! :( Yucks~

However, this is definitely something not to be missed. It's fascinating and kinda suprised me because the main characters are Disney Evil Queen,Maleficent,Cruella De Vil and Dr.Fcilier.Mysterious dark and interesting colours. I don’t wear dark colour eyeshadow often except i have to attend some formal dinner or stuff.Anyway,it’s already out in stores so go check them out cause there are a lot more and look so much prettier in real life :)
P/S : I like the design of this collection rather than the colours =P

Clinelle
Recently i’ve switched my skin care to Clinelle.I got the basic skin care products that are suitable for normal to oily skin types.I have the very basic cleanser, toner, and moisturizer.I've to admit that i kinda like Clinelle’s products.I think that Clinelle’s deep cleansing gel is a little bit different.It's natural ingredients such as green tea leaf and ivy extracts.The gel is slimy and gooey, but it feels really nice when it’s applied onto the face.The smell isn't too strong and not artificial either.It just feels so natural :)

Clinelle also has other range of products available at any leading pharmacies.Prices from RM 16 to RM 70 in which i think is quite reasonable. If you want to restocking definitely won’t be a problem :)
